1. Where are you located?

I am in Ontario, Canada. But since most of my clients are from the US, prices are quoted in USD

3. How to order?

For original work, contact me via email at info@oystudio.com or the contact form, and I will let you know if it is still available, the details and price

4. Where do you ship your original works to?

I ship from Ontario, Canada.
I ship to Canada and USA for all sizes
I ship to other international destinations for sizes up to 9x12 inch
Buyer is responsible for any customs and tariffs.

5. Where are your canvas prints made and shipped from?

For canvas prints, I have sourced different suppliers at bargain prices in order to pass the savings to you. Fulfilment facilities are based in US, Canada and Europe. Depending on your location, the artwork will be shipped from the facility closer to you in order to save on shipping.

6. Where are your paper prints made and shipped from?

For the fulfillment of paper print orders, I have partnered with Fineartamerica.com and Pixels.com which have printing facilities in USA, Canada, UK, Netherlands and Australia. They handle the orders, printing and shipping. Your order will automatically be routed to the nearest manufacturing center in order to minimize shipping costs and speed up delivery times.

7. How is payment processed on this site for orders of your original works and canvas prints?

All payments are handled by Paypal as this website uses the Paypal checkout system. You can be assured that I have no access to your financial info as it is processed by Paypal. You can pay with Paypal, debit or credit card. Currency conversion will be handled by Paypal. You will have Paypal Purchase Protection

8. Is your site secure?

This website uses a PositiveSSL certificate to secure online transactions for customers.Any data you submit will be securely encrypted with the strongest available algorithms
