Snake Zodiac Calligraphy : Title : Snake Original grass calligraphy of the Chinese word /kanji for Snake. This is my wild grass calligraphy for the Chinese word "snake" which is the zodiac this year, starting January 29, 2025. The character for snake has evolved from it's original pictorial oracle bone script, depicting a snake. In grass calligraphy one can incorporate more self expression, and this is my interpretation and rendition of the character. Handwritten in black ink on acid free 60 lb paper measuring 8 x 10 inch .This is an original, not a print.Comes with signed Certificate of Authenticity. What is special is that you can choose the seal to be stamped onto the artwork. Please see the bottom photo for the seal choices. Some are my names, some my motto. Enter the seal number on our order form. If you do not select, then I will choose one for you. Colours may vary depending on monitor calibration, and the piece looks different under different lighting. All my works are done right here in my studio in Canada and shipped worldwide. Frame and matting not included. The easiest way to frame an irregular sized artwork is to use a float frame as shown. Simply insert the artwork between the two panes of glass with no matting or mounting necessary. You can buy them at Michaels, Walmart, etc .
